The Worcester Housing Authority (hereinafter, the “Authority”) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified hotels to provide temporary and extended-stay accommodations for residents who require relocation or short-term housing. Services must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including accessibility requirements under the ADA. The rooms are required for two consecutive 90-day periods. The first runs from January 22, 2026, through April 22, 2026, and the second from May 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026. The WHA anticipates needing between 25 and 35 rooms each session of this relocation, including up to 10 ADA wheelchair rooms. This procurement is conducted under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, §6 (Competitive Sealed Proposals). The Authority will award the contract to the responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Authority, taking into consideration price and nonprice evaluation criteria.
