● The use of all heavy machinery and equipment must occur between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. ● The schedule for the work must be agreed upon and remain consistent. ● The vendor must provide 24-hour notice to the District's Facilities Manager if the schedule needs to be changed. ● The vendor will resume work within 48 hours if the schedule is delayed due to weather, staffing, or other unforeseen circumstances. ● The vendor must provide a project timeline, and work must be completed by June 30, 2025. ● The vendor will ensure that all employees have completed CORI/SORI background checks with the Northborough-Southborough Regional School District before starting the project. ● The vendor will comply with the Prevailing Wage Program and submit required payroll records to the Northborough-Southborough Regional School District. Prevailing wage rates can be found in Appendix A.
