The Town of Andover, Massachusetts is seeking bids from experienced, qualified, and responsible vendors to source, supply, deliver, install, maintain, and remove holiday lights and statement pieces at the following locations: Location 1 – The Park – Corner of Bartlet Street and Chestnut Street Location 2 – Behind Old Town Hall – Barnard Street Location 3 – Elm Green – Elm Square The objectives of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) include but are not limited to: 1. Source, supply, deliver, install, and remove an energy-efficient holiday lighting display at the different locations. 2. Source and provide preventative maintenance and testing of installed display on an as-needed basis, inclusive of replacing any malfunctioning supplies, materials, and equipment at no additional cost to the Town during the Contract period Bidders must be able to provide, install, and remove the list below.
