The Mayflower Municipal Health Group (MMHG) is requesting technical (non-price) and price proposals from qualified firms for Health Insurance Administration Services (ASO). The proposed contract term will be for three years with an option for an additional two years that may be executed upon mutual agreement of MMHG and the successful bidder. Both technical and price proposals shall be submitted in-person and electronically before the deadline. In-person submissions must include five copies of both the technical and price proposals in sealed envelopes, delivered to above agency address; electronic copies should be distributed to the contacts above. All submissions will be reviewed by the review committee of MMHG administrators, officers, and the broker Lockton Companies. MMHG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
