Hazardous Waste Services Specifications The Massachusetts Department of Revenue’s Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) and Miscellaneous Exercise Bureau (MEB) are requesting quotes for Hazardous Waste (ENDS) products disposal services at 39 Grant Street, Framingham, Ma 01702 location. Disposal pickups beginning January 5, 2026. Services to be provided included: Types of Materials to be Collected – Commercially manufactured ENDS products which contain liquid nicotine (P-075 acute hazardous waste) or other liquid non-nicotine substances (e.g., CBD oil less than .3% THC) and lithium batteries (universal waste). Some of the products only contain liquid nicotine (pods/cartridges to refill certain ENDS products) while most of the products seized are disposable ENDS devices that contain both liquid nicotine and lithium batteries.
