In general, the project will make park and drainage improvements to the southern portion of a cityowned parcel that was the former site of the Hurld School. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools and equipment necessary for installing playground equipment; splash pad and water play features; a pavilion; a new parking lot; concrete sidewalks and handicap access; drainage infrastructure; green stormwater infrastructure; various site furnishings such as bike racks, picnic tables, benches and lighting; landscaping ; and other incidental work as described herein. The playground equipment has been purchased by the City of Woburn under a separate contract and will be delivered to the project site and supplied to the Contractor in coordination with the manufacturers and the City of Woburn.
