The selected Grant Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the $960,000 federal watermain relining grant. Specific duties include: • Prepare and submit all required grant documentation, including budgets, narratives, and supporting materials, in accordance with federal guidelines • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, including Build America, Buy America (BABA) and Davis-Bacon Act requirements; assist with bidding coordination as needed • Track project milestones and grant timelines, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to City staff and leadership • Support departments in spending grant funds appropriately and within required timeframes • Handle all reporting obligations, including reimbursement requests, wage determinations, and domestic sourcing documentation • Maintain organized, audit-ready files for grantor review and federal oversight • Complete grant closeout procedures, including submission of final reports and financial reconciliations • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the watermain relining grant...
