• Remove and properly dispose of the existing oil furnace, and associated materials. • Drain and remove existing oil storage tanks and mend penetrations. • Furnish and install a new high-efficiency liquid propane furnace sized appropriately for the building. • Provide all necessary venting, fuel line connections, electrical work, condensate management, duct transitions, and thermostatic controls for a complete and functional system. • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and local codes, manufacturer requirements, and utility company specifications. • Provide a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty and a lifetime workmanship warranty on installation. • Provide start-up, testing, and owner training upon completion.
