Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.3 The Fireworks Display shall last a minimum of 25 minutes, shall have a ¾ mile line of visibility, and shall meet the criteria specified in CONTRACTOR’ response to the IFB.; 3.4 In addition, CONTRACTOR agrees to supply: legal transportation of the fireworks equipment associated with the display of the fireworks to be used in the Fireworks Display to the approved load site; a licensed technician to fire the display; and assistants to the technician to be used in loading and setting up the display.; 3.5 The TOWN agrees to be responsible for providing the barge and to work with CONTRACTOR to determine the load out site for the transfer of the fireworks and equipment.; 3.6 The TOWN agrees to procure and furnish a suitable place to display the fireworks, and agrees to procure and furnish necessary police detail, fire detail, and sponsors protections, snow fencing for crowd control, parking management and supervision of clearing debris after the display.; 3.7 The TOWN will make the full payment after CONTRACTOR successfully completes the Fireworks Display and furnishes the TOWN with a formal invoice.
