The expected value of this procurement is $40,000 over a two-year contract period. All quotes for shirts, job shirts, and jackets must include the pricing for silk screening of “Brewster Fire/Rescue” on the back (N/A for quilted jackets), the embroidery of the Brewster Fire Department emblem on the left front chest, and the employees name and rank embroidered on the right front chest. A retail establishment must be located within a 45 minute drive of the Brewster Fire Department to allow members to try clothing on for fitting purposes. All purchases must be able to be completed and billed to the Brewster Fire Department within 30 days of the order.
