• Designing and installing a new addressable fire alarm system to inlcude new fire alarm control unit (FACU), remote annunciator system, wiring, new addressable heat, smoke detectors, pull stations, elevator components, horns and strobes that meets or exceeds all NFPA, 527Cmr and MGL 148 requirements and applicable codes and standards. • Repair/patch and paint work associated with any of the alarm system work. • Providing all necessary permits, inspections, and certifications. • Training library staff on system operation and emergency procedures. • Ensuring minimal disruption to library operations during installation. • Conducting full system testing, including sensitivity testing for smoke detectors. • Providing warranty details and service agreements for ongoing maintenance. • Monitoring and service of system for 1 year after installation.
