Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Assistance with Enterprise ERP implementation (including questionnaires and planning, etc.). - Assistance with creating crosswalk from former chart of accounts to new chart. - Creating a chart that is cohesive for future decentralization for various departments. - Strategic planning for future setup of accounts to ensure this will allow for unlimited growth. - Linkage of revenue and expense accounts in Enterprise ERP for internal reporting purposes. - Assistance with creating a chart that will be cohesive for annual state reporting (town & school). - Assistance with creating new revenue charge codes and linkage to newly created revenue accounts. - Assistance with splitting and/or merging various accounts. - Availability for questions and discussion during implementation and coordination with Enterprise ERP on up to 3 passes to verify that it works. - Knowledge of new chart of accounts requirements by Tyler Technologies (coming summer 2024). - Assistance with creating new accounts to be used with the cash management module and link to necessary accounts.
