Remove existing chain link fence on the east side of home, provide and replace with commercial grade 6-foot-high white vinyl privacy fence approximately 184 linear feet, to be provided and installed by contractor. A 6-foot-wide vinyl gate will need to be installed in front of existing walkway. All vegetation and trees are to be removed 3 feet from the back of existing fence line and clear all trees and vegetation from interior of fence line to existing lawn. West side of home, provide and replace existing chain link fence approximately 28 feet with 4’ white vinyl privacy fence with 4’ gate centered over walkway. Remove and stump grind 6 trees that are marked on this side. All measurements need to be verified by contractor.
