The estimated fundraising need is a minimum of $2 million. Specifications are available at the Accounting Office, J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, Suite # 1, West Springfield, MA 01089, between the hours of 8 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
