LEGAL NOTICE ARLINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FIRE ALARM TESTING, MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICE CONTRACT The Arlington Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written BIDs from Contractors for Fire Alarm Testing, Maintenance & Repair Service Contract for the Arlington Housing Authority in Arlington, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents herein. The estimated three (3) year value of this Contract is $ 100,000. Not to exceed $150,000 All Bids are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.149 §44A – H, M.G.L. c.30 and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Invitation for Bids. General Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 24, 2025.
