This Scope of Work outlines pest control services to be provided over a 1 year period to maintain a pest-free environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for 49 Hillside Street 480 Stanley Street, 58 North Court Street and 122 Madison Street Fall River. Please provide pricing for all properties separately using attached OSD Bid Form. Purpose: • Prevent and control infestation of common pests. • Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards • Implement integrated Pest Management strategies • Minimize the use of chemicals, focusing on environmentally friendly methods. Pests covered: • Crawling insects: ants, cockroaches, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, beetles • Flying insects: flies, mosquitoes, wasps, moths • Rodents: Mice, rats • Occasional invaders: centipedes, millipedes, crickets • Specialty treatments (as needed): termites, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, birds, bats Service frequency: Contractor must conduct monthly inspection and treatments for hospital and group home. The contractor must be on call for emergency situations, with a response time of 24 hours from request.
