The scope of services to be performed by the Contractor shall include the following: ➢ Pack, transport resident goods to storage facility. All boxes and packing materials (including tape, labels, etc.) and moving services provided by the Contractor. Packing and moving services shall include, but not be limited to the breaking down of beds, headboards, dressers, mirrors, clothing items, dry food goods, etc. and tools, hand trucks, and dollies. 2.2 PACKING MATERIALS The Contractor shall use and/or provide the boxes and packing materials below. For the purpose of this section, box sizes are estimated. a) Small Box 16” x 12” x 12” b) Medium Box 18” x 16” x 16” c) Large Box 24” x18” x 18” d) TV/box e) Stretch Wrap/roll 2.3 CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES ➢ Have experience performing moving and storage services similar to those detailed herein. ➢ Packing, moving and storage of tenant’s belongings. ➢ Responsible for providing proper packing materials to successfully move tenant’s belongings to storage
