● Collaborate with Alliance staff to develop a detailed work plan, outlining approach, strategies, and processes, and including schedule of work and activities planned to successfully implement the work ● Collaborate yearly with Alliance staff to revise and coordinate the planning and implementation of work plan activities in line with evolving needs ● Provide monthly updates on progress and emerging findings to OWD staff and other stakeholders ● Engage with Alliance partners regularly to deliver activities identified in the work plan ● Participate in semi-annual Alliance meetings and quarterly advisory board meetings (when needed) ● Provide updates and presentations to Alliance partners on ecosystem engagement and systemic challenges as needed ● Collaborate with Alliance partners to map career pathways and relevant new employers in the coastal and climate resilience field ● Provide annual progress reports/documents containing an outline of yearly activities and progress, challenges, best practices and strategies for success, updated/revised work plan, methodology, and/or approach
