The Force Support Squadron (66 FSS/FSDE) has a continuing requirement for Education and Training Customer Services. The contractor will receive telephone calls, greet visitors, determine the nature of the call or visit, and direct clients to the appropriate personnel in the Education and Training Center (E&TC). Contractor will schedule training or testing in the appropriate classrooms and maintain the daily E&TC Calendar. The contractor will check the E&TC Common Mailbox daily and respond to or route the e-mail
to the appropriate staff members. The contractor shall be responsible for performing various clerical, administrative duties and able to perform a variety of Customer Service functions.
