Through this Request for Proposals, DVI seeks to design and develop four online modules, a landing page for the new knowledge base, and a template for individual knowledge base topics in order to continue the expansion of content currently published on the Learning Center (http://delvalle.bphc.org). Role The vendor selected for these projects will provide services that cannot be fulfilled by DVI staff in order to complete the instructional design, authoring, and graphic design related to the delivery of four online modules and an associated online knowledge base (KB). The scope outlined is in direct support of grant deliverables for the Metro Boston Homeland Security Region via DHS UASI, Eastern Massachusetts Center via MDPH, and Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) via MDPH funding.
