Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Dennis is accepting bids for the Dr Lords and Scargo Lake Landing Boat Ramps Stormwater Retrofit Project, Dennis. The prospective bidder shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the project. The work to be performed at the Dr Lords site includes, but is not limited to the removal of existing pavement, parking lot and drive aisle improvements including installation of permeable pavement and asphalt paving, supply and installation of green stormwater infrastructure management practices and drainage infrastructure, landscaping, and site amenities. The work to be performed at the Scargo Lake Landing includes, but is not limited to the removal of existing gravel, supply and installation of green stormwater infrastructure management practices and drainage infrastructure, installation of asphalt paving and site amenities.
