The project includes: A. Existing Conditions Analysis and Programming Review • Compile and review the existing conditions analysis and recommendations identified in the master plan study. • Meet with the stakeholder group to define and identify user needs within the space. Develop a programming report to summarize findings and recommendations. • Assess building code and accessibility requirements. B. Schematic Design • Develop concept design options, including conceptual drawings for stakeholder review. • Meet with stakeholder group and present Schematic Design concepts to get stakeholder feedback. C. Design Development • Develop updated design plans based on stakeholder work sessions. • Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system layouts. • Evaluate options that incorporate energy efficiencies into the design. • Prepare preliminary finish schedules, fixture/equipment specifications, and updated cost estimates for review.
