The Town of Provincetown is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive demolition and site clearing services for the property located at 288A Bradford Street. This project aims to prepare the site for future development while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in demolition and construction safety. The selected contractor will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of existing structures and site debris, as well as the proper handling of hazardous materials if encountered during the work. Project Scope; A. Demolition of the existing structures on the property. B. Site clearing to include the removal of Septic/ Cesspool systems; C. Vegetation to be removed as needed, NO TREES SHALL BE REMOVED WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE PROVINCETOWN TREE WARDEN; D. Proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
