• The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for servicing and repair of the plumbing equipment. • Work shall be done in compliance with the MA Plumbing codes. • Contractor must be able to provide diagnostic services; emergency services that will stabilize the situation; preventative maintenance, and minor repairs of the plumbing equipment. • Plumbing equipment includes, but not limited to, heating systems, bathroom facilities, sprinkler systems, grease traps, drinking fountains, piping fixtures, drains, etc. • Work shall include complete service, installation, and repair of all plumbing systems so as to insure continuous and trouble-free plumbing operations. • WHA shall provide the Contractor a work order, for every instance a service call is placed. This service work order must be referenced in the invoice to WHA
