Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Base Quote project is split into two different areas. The first is defined by the chain link fence around the pool area and pink flagging extending approximately 50-feet to the south side and 20-feet along the east side up to the shed. Within the marked area all dead and dying trees are to be removed. All trees with diameter at breast height (DBH) of 8- inches or less to be removed. All trees within 20-feet of the chain link fence shall be removed within the limits of work. All trees marked with dark green flagging shall be removed. There are many downed trees within the limits that shall be removed. All trees may be chipped onsite and dispersed evenly throughout the work area, or hauled away, at the Contractor’s discretion. There are two (2) trees within the fenced area of the pool to be removed. They are marked with dark green ribbon. One tree is a multi-stem birch and the other is a white pine. The second work area is around the basketball courts. This area is broken up into two sections. The first section is on the west side of the court, between the road and the court, and all trees in the section shall be removed.
