Specifications include, but are not limited to: FSU requests proposals from Higher Education Organization and Consulting firms with experience providing Database and Administrative Systems (DBA) support for institutions that leverage Ellucian’s Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Student Information Systems and ancillary systems and applications. Respondents must be able to provide services for the most effective, efficient, and complete use of the Banner system, as well as onsite and offsite Banner DBA and Systems Support Services to support our Networking and Applications Services Teams. Expert technical and functional knowledge of applications, databases and servers using Cloud/Hybrid Linux/Windows operating systems is required. The awarded proposer will provide services including, but not limited to supporting forthcoming maintenance, patches, releases, upgrades, performance tuning, and functional processing enhancements for Banner 9 Admin/Self Service, Degree Works, Banner Document Management (AppXtender), Ellucian Ethos Identity, Banner Workflow, and Automic Scheduling Services any other identified Banner-related product, and Oracle Database (19c). FSU does not modify baseline Banner and expects organizations and/or consultants to work within a “no modification” advisory framework. The selected firm must also have expertise and knowledge in both the functional and technical support of the Banner application systems and ancillary applications and integrations.
