The Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS) on behalf of the Department of Fire Services (DFS) is soliciting Bidders to provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) DFS Certification & License Exam Management (Exam Management) solution for DFS for the purpose of item bank management, exam building, collection, processing, storing, reporting exam scores, and providing analytics for three (3) functional areas within the DFS agency: Boiler & Pressure Vessel (BPV); Massachusetts Firefighting Academy (MFA); and Division of Fire Safety (FS) In addition to the Exam Management system, the Bidder must provide all related implementation and support services including: 1) Project Management; 2) Installation; 3) Configuration and Customization; 4) Testing; 5) Training; 6) Documentation; and 7) Ongoing support and maintenance.
