Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this procurement is for the Department of Developmental Services to establish and maintain landscaping and snow removal contractors who are capable of servicing residential group homes throughout the Northeast Region of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. (see attachment) These services must include the clearing of driveways, access roads, walkways, stairs, sidewalks and fire exits. Additionally, contractors must be able to provide sanding/salting services. For landscaping services, contracts will provide grass cutting, leaf removal, aeration, spring and fall clean ups, fertilization, seeding, yard waste composting or removal and additional services as agreed upon and recommended to keep residential group homes with a high qualify appearance
