Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is soliciting Bidders for the acquisition of visual tree inspection services which may include both ground tree inspection and/or aerial inspection/tree climbing to identify damage caused by invasive forest pests within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This contract may be used to solicit inspection services for invasive species that cause harm to Massachusetts forest health including Asian Longhorned Beetle (ALB), Lymantria dispar, Spotted Lantern Fly (SLF), Winter moth, Emerald ash borer (EAB), Hemlock woolly adelgid (HWA), Southern pine beetle (SPB) and other potential pests and diseases as identified by the Commonwealth.
