1. The routing and filling of structural cracks and any minor defects with concrete fortified with E330 Acrylic Binder. Hairline cracks shall be filled with rubberized liquid crack filler. 2. Supplying and installing up to 180 linear feet of RiteWay Crack Repair System, or approved membrane crack conceal equivalent system to structural cracks. This system shall have at least a 2 year warranty guaranteeing the crack will not reappear. 3. The sweeping of the courts, removal of weeds in cracks and along the edge of the courts, and cleaning of the entire surface with compressed air. 4. Repair and filling / shimming any small holes found in the existing court. 5. The complete coating of the total area with one (1) black acrylic resurfacer fill coat. This will act to fill surface cracks and serve as a primer for the color system. 6. The complete coating of the total area with two (2) color coats Plexipave material (or approved equivalent). Color will be a refresh of what exists now and will be US Open colors, blue playing courts on gray background. Basketball will also be a refresh of existing colors, which is gray playing court on a blue background (2 colors total on entire project). Texture coat will contain the proper amount of sand to provide a tough wearing base. Top coat to contain proper amount of pigment to give a long lasting and attractive surface. 7. The application of four (4) sets of hand painted regulation tennis lines with white textured paint. 8. The application of one (1) set of hand painted regulation textured basketball lines with three point arcs. Keys and center court shall be painted blue, mimicking existing conditions layout.
