Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1-The Facilities Manager and/or designee shall have the responsibility of notifying the successful bidder for the Plowing & Salting Services portion of the snow clearing contract. 2-The successful bidder shall not assign, subcontract or in any way transfer any interest in this contract. 3-It is expressly understood that no snow is to be plowed from any location not designated by the Facilities Manager or his/her designee. No compensation for the plowing of snow from locations other than those designated will be paid to the contractor. 4-Snow Plowing Services will be issued for snowstorms of more than 5 inches and official notification for the depth of each snowstorm will be done per the BCYF Facilities Manager. Also only 100% Salt will be used for Salting Services, no sand or sand/salt mixtures are allowed to be used, per this contract. 5-The initial order to start the work will be issued verbally to the successful bidder or his/her representative by the Facilities Manager or his/her designee. They must also report to the first BCYF Site within 30 minutes of initial order.
