Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purpose AND scope This Request for Bid seeks responses from proposers able to provide customized transactional FDIC insured demand deposits accounts (DDA) option to every enrolled student, or employed faculty or staff. It is required that the contractor provides enhanced financial services including: electronic student refund disbursements, payroll disbursements, other university disbursements, bill presentment, bill payment, Internet account access, and deposit and withdrawal functionality. The contractor must be capable of performing and connecting these services with a multi purpose , campus-wide campus card that provides financial access to the DDA through a Visa/MasterCard/American Express Debit Check Card. The account must additionally support functionality that allows parents, spouses or others to electronically send money to account holders from any checking account or credit card. The contractor must also interface with UW-Parkside's ERP System (PeopleSoft) and integrate with the Blackboard Transaction System-UNIX version as it interacts with the following: point-of-sale debit account transactions for campus services; and operates with current food service; vending; laundry; security; meal plan operation; and library services. UW-Parkside has already built the portion of the functionality described above. The bidder may provide costs for all listed services.
