Programs interested in being a CPP partner organization will express their interest in one of two ways, depending on their legal structure. Non-profit organizations will complete a letter of interest annually to demonstrate their interest. For-profit organizations will respond to this solicitation and must submit a complete application for consideration. All programs must demonstrate compliance with the requirements outlined in the attached Provider Guide. A needs-assessment will be completed by OEC staff to determine readiness and identify areas of improvement in order to serve as a CPP partner program. If selected, non-profit organizations will be offered and sign a grant agreement, while for-profit organizations will complete City contracts, a sample of which is included in this solicitation. Programs will receive funding as outlined later in the attached Provider Guide.
