Specifications include, but are not limited to: The completed project will result in the City successfully deploying a state of the art ERPsolution to address operational needs for all city departments including the WorcesterPublic Schools and city enterprise funds. All core financial, human resources/benefits, taxand utility billing areas are expected to be included in a final implementation. The Cityseeks to deploy an integrated software system that will improve operational efficiency,service delivery, accountability, reliability, security, and transparency. The transition isalso expected to provide an opportunity to review City operations to assure that mostefficient practices are employed in all areas of interaction with the City's financialsystem.
