Specifications include, but are not limited to: Manage relationship data and communications for the life cycle community college student experience, in whole or in part (see 2 a, b, including but not limited to credit academic pathways leading to degree or transfer, non-credit workforce programs, and specific population such as: ESL, Special Admissions (e.g., Health Professions), Dual Enrollment and our growing Early College population; Utilize technology and communications that can be leveraged to support prospective applicants and admitted students. Recruitment, admissions, and enrollment - this would be a comprehensive web- based online Recruitment/Outreach system that enables The Office of Admissions and Recruitment/Outreach to identify prospective students and manage the student acquisition process from initial contact point(s) through admission. The objective for this initiative is to increase enrollment and yield.; Advancement - Alumni/Donor/Community - This would be a comprehensive web-based service to support Advancement Services. This will need to seamlessly integrate with Ellucian Banner ERP systems. The focus will be on managing relationships for constituents within Advancement. The system should provide communication tracking mechanisms and integrate with the NSCC SIS (Banner) to promote overall constituent tracking. Tool would be utilized to enhance engagement with the college community.; Our immediate focus is Recruitment, Admissions and Enrollment, however, we are interested in reviewing vendor solutions for Advancement /Alumni Donor if your firm has solutions. All facets of the solution will be evaluated to assist NSCC in determining the best-fit solution for NSCC.; Vendors are encouraged to bid in whole or in part for (1) CRM Prospect and Applicant and (2) Advancement / Alumni Donor in the same order.
