Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Collaborative for Regional Educational Services and Training (CREST) is soliciting sealed bids for the purpose of procuring a Commercial Real Estate Broker to represent CREST in marketing and negotiating assigned real estate properties. 1. Identify a team leader and marketing/brokerage team. 2. Provide timely market analysis and research, and pricing guidance to CREST. 3. Develop and implement a marketing strategy resulting in tenants for the property. 4. Assist CREST in positioning the property for the most favorable sub-lease arrangements with qualified parties. 5. Provide marketing materials (subject to review and approval by CREST). 6. Attract national and local businesses and developers. 7. Negotiate with prospective tenants on behalf of CREST. 8. Coordinate real estate transaction and handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions.
