Painting and Carpentry: Painting: clean, prime, make minor repairs, and paint 208-212 Hamilton Street inclusive of walls, trim, casement, shutters, and soffit in a color selected by property owner.as follows: All loose surfaces to be painted must be power-washed, followed by scraping and spot-priming where necessary using Cabot Problem Solver primer or equivalent tinted one shade lighter than the paint color; Brush-paint using Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams or equivalent mid-grade latex exterior paint using colors selected by the property owner/applicant; Carpentry: repair fascia, drip edge, repair/restore impacted slate. Furnish and Install Replacement awnings to match façade and furnish and install and/or repair cassettes as needed.
