• The selected bidder is responsible to provide daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual janitorial cleaning services at the China Trade Center, including a day porter and night cleaning. The services include but are not limited to the following: • Empty trash barrels • Sanitize high-touch surfaces • Vacuum rugs • Damp mop all hard surface flooring • Dust common areas • Dry and wet mop hard surface flooring • Clean/wash windows, when requested by the BPDA in concert with the property manager • Clean hallways, conference rooms, individual offices, shared open cubicles, bathroom, and boardroom • Buff hard surface flooring • Dust window frame and sills • Shampoo rugs • Snow clearance from China Trade Center and Liberty Tree Plaza • Trash and litter pick up at the Liberty Tree Plaza • Sweeping at the Liberty Tree Plaza • Power washing at the Liberty Tree Plaza
