Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Bureau of Community Health and Prevention is procuring Certified Intimate Partner Abuse Education Services (IPAE) as part of the Sexual and Domestic Violence (SDV) Services procurement. This service model provides educational intervention services to individuals who abuse their intimate partners and whose violence impacts other family members, especially children. Prospective applicants to this model must complete a bid response for the Master Procurement – RFR 008924 Sexual and Domestic Violence Services as well as the bid response for the model below – RFR 008924-181728 Certified Intimate Partner Abuse Education Services. Bid responses received only for individual service models, without an accompanying bid for the Master Procurement will receive zero points for the Master Procurement application questions. This service model incorporates the foundational set of principles and uses the common set of definitions as described in Section 2.1 of the master procurement.
