The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General (OIG) seeks a qualified vendor for a user-friendly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based case management system (CMS) to perform, manage, and integrate its daily processes and data systems. An ideal future CMS will serve as OIG employees’ starting point each day, helping them track tasks and set priorities. The system is needed to support the OIG’s officewide need for general project and task management and to aid in OIG’s processes and outputs for their investigative divisions (general hotline and case logs), mandate tracking, and internal administrative reporting needs. For investigative divisions, the CMS will serve as the primary platform for receiving complaints, documenting, and managing case files throughout the investigation lifecycle. The CMS will enhance business continuity, facilitate knowledge transfer, aid annual reporting, and improve collaborative decision-making.
