Renovate up to four Town Hall bathrooms replacing flooring, toilets, and sinks; repairing the subfloor where necessary; painting walls and ceilings; and meet compliance standards under 521 CMR access for persons with disabilities for buildings in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Quotes shall include the following: • Remove bottom 4 feet of wallboard and tile.
