The Town of Brewster is soliciting sealed bids for the complete renovation of the 1st floor Men’s and Women’s Bathrooms at the Captains Golf Course Pavilion, 1000 Freeman’s Way, Brewster, MA 02631. The project includes carpentry services, tiling and plumbing in accordance with ADA compliance and current building codes. Scope of General Contractor Bid: - Full demolition of bathroom interiors down to stud walls, including demolition of the old floor tile and cove base (retain mop sink closet). - Repair rot and mildew if necessary.
