Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide all necessary elements, including labor, equipment, GPS tracking data system, vehicles, and fuel to perform snow plowing/stockpiling services for any assigned parking lots and the 6th level deck and approach ramp of the Campus Center Garage during the 2023/2026 winter seasons. B. The Contractor may be request to haul snow from assigned lots to a designated area on the University of Massachusetts, Amherst campus on a priority basis at the direction of the UMass Buildings and Grounds representative or designee. C. All services shall be performed under the direction of UMass Amherst Buildings and Grounds Department representative or an assigned representative thereof. D. The Contractor’s personnel shall meet with the University Representative at the beginning and at the end of each work shift to discuss the work and to verify and seek approval for the services performed during each visit to the University. E. The Contractor's personnel shall report to the University Representative at the beginning and at the end of each work shift to discuss the work and to verify and seek approval for the services performed as needed to comply with this specification.
