The selected vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the following tasks: 1. Remove Existing Utility Pole o Remove one (1) existing 30-foot wooden utility pole. o An existing radio antenna is mounted at the top of the pole. o The antenna will be removed by others prior to pole removal. 2. Furnish Replacement Pole o Furnish and deliver one (1) Class H2 wood utility pole to the site. 3. Prepare Foundation / Drilled Shaft o Auger one (1) drilled shaft measuring 36 inches in diameter and 16 feet deep. 4. Install New Pole o Provide concrete backfill for the drilled shaft. o Set and level the new utility pole. o Complete all backfilling and compaction. 5. Antenna Reinstallation o The radio antenna will be affixed to the new pole by others prior to installation. o Vendor shall coordinate timing to ensure the antenna is mounted before raising the new pole
