Design Services Collaborative Sessions: Artist/team/firm shall conduct multiple design meetings with the Town to finalize layout, finishes, and graphical elements. Design is intended to be colorful, fun, and age-appropriate for grades six through eight. Unlimited Revisions: Artist/team/firm shall provide unlimited design revisions until final approval is reached. Design development will not be considered complete until the Town confirms satisfaction with all visual concepts. Stakeholder Input: The design process must allow for collaboration and feedback from teachers, students, and staff, in addition to the district administrators. That feedback shall be incorporated into the evolving design concepts. Deliverables: Conceptual renderings of proposed designs Finalized layout drawings and color schemes Integration of school branding and values where applicable Responsibility: Artist/team/firm shall provide complete design development documents for review and approval prior to fabrication and installation.
