Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work is to be performed at the Waltham High School, 554 Lexington Street, Waltham, MA. The furniture must be tested for Low Emitting Materials in accordance with ANSI/BIFMA Standard Method M7.1-2011. Comply with ANSI/BIFMA e3-2011 Furniture Sustainability Standard, Sections 7.6.1 and 7.6.2, using either the concentration modeling approach or the emission factor approach. Furniture provided for open plan, private office and seating shall comply with such scenario in ANSI/BIFMA M7.1, as appropriate. All classroom furniture shall comply with standard school classroom model in CDPH Standard Method V1.1. The contractor shall submit product certification using USGBC approved equivalent testing methodologies. The Contractor must supply the Owner with satisfactory instructions on the proper maintenance of all items covered in this Contract.
