While the primary purpose of these funds is for staff bonuses, programs will be allowed to reallocate their entire bonus amongst all program staff should they choose. Awards may also be used for other staff-related activities (e.g. team-building retreats, conference attendance, etc.) Only the 23 Healthy Families programs currently contracting with the Children’s Trust are eligible to apply for the ROE program.
