Scopes of work are yet to be determined in detail, but the nature of structuring of fees will be related to the following: o The expected work assignments will involve both mechanical (HVAC) equipment and envelope analysis. o Capacity to partner with sub-consultants, as appropriate and needed. o Flexibility to adapt to varying degrees of complexity and scope. o Ability to clearly advise on a range of assignments relating to Building Commissioning Candidates must submit hourly rates for the Consultant’s personnel and subconsultants in a separate sealed envelope. The markup, if any, that the Consultant will add to costs, including sub-consultant fees, or reimbursable expenses, resulting from a change in the scope of work shall be articulated. The Town of Andover will not pay mileage or travel expenses. Reimbursable expenses include printing, if needed, and any testing. Reports are to be transmitted electronically. CAD drawings produced are to be considered as property of the Town.
