Provide two biannual PM visits, spring and fall for twelve RTU’s and one heat pump unit and on call HVAC Systems Maintenance and Repairs. Our Bridgewater Campus has Eleven Valent Roof Top Units, One Carrier Roof Top Unit and one Daikin Heat Pump Unit. (see equipment list appendix) The Roof Top Units are associated with two of our buildings. There are nine RTU’s on the roof of building one (administration). The building is a single-story building with a shallow pitched metal roof. Four units serve building two (crib/training) is a fabric covered building. Units are mounted to a concrete slab on grade. DFS Bridgewater campus is currently under construction. DFS reserves the right to remove units or buildings from the preventative maintenance schedule as needed.
