Massport proposes a comprehensive redevelopment featuring the following amenities: • Phase 1- East Parking Garage=1,098,500 sf with 7 levels of precast concrete parking with a precast concrete roof (the precast future proofs for the possible use for EVTOL) • Phase 2- West Parking Garage= 905,600 sf with 7 levels of precast concrete parking with a precast concrete roof (the precast future proofs for the possible use for EVTOL) • Terminal Building= 26,000 sf not including core and bridges see below separate calculations: o Core = 16,800 sf @ 7 levels and connects the East and West Parking Garages and is outside of the terminal building (assume core is built during Phase 1 o Bridges occur on 6 levels = 3,600 SF @ 600 SF per level. (assume built during Phase 2 & no bridge @ level 1=ground level)
